This is Addmark’s privacy statement. We recommend that you read this privacy statement carefully before proceeding on our website.

This privacy statement explains how Addmark handles your personal data. Addmark attaches great importance to the proper security of your personal data and aims to inform you as clearly as possible. This statement sets out which categories of personal data we process and for what purposes we use them.
This privacy statement also states on which legal bases the personal data are processed and how you can exercise your rights with regard to your personal data.
Addmark reserves the right to amend this privacy statement. Changes may be necessary due to new processing activities or to comply with the law. We therefore advise you to consult this privacy statement regularly.
Addmark processes your personal data because you use our services and or because you provide this data to us yourself. Addmark only processes personal data if there is a valid legal basis. The legal basis for processing is indicated in the text.
Below is an overview of the personal data Addmark may process about you:

- Details of a contact person within your organisation

- Tickets related to a service request
- Website activities such as timestamps, click behaviour, pages visited and downloads
- Other personal data you actively provide via chat, email or telephone contact with Addmark, or in the context of an agreement entered into with Addmark
Your name and email address, together with the content of your message, are processed with your consent when you complete the contact form on the website, or when you contact Addmark via email, social media or telephone. Processing and storing this personal data is necessary to contact you regarding your enquiry.
If no agreement is concluded with Addmark, we will retain your personal data for a further two years with your consent for direct marketing purposes. You may of course always ask Addmark to delete your data. See the section “Your privacy rights”.
When entering into an agreement with Addmark, we process the personal data necessary for the performance of that agreement with you. This may include name and address details, telephone number, email address, details of a contact person and additional data required to conclude and perform the agreement. Failure to provide necessary data may result in no agreement being concluded with Addmark.
These data are retained in our business administration for at least seven years after the assignment has been completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing or a different period applies under legislation.
Addmark has a legitimate interest in processing data relating to your visit to our website. This concerns the IP address of your computer, the time of the request and data sent by your browser. These data are used to analyse website visits and click behaviour in order to optimise our website.
Addmark has a legitimate interest in processing and analysing your data in order to serve you better. For that purpose we process your name and address details, emails, phone calls, website activities such as pages visited, downloads or contact requests, tasks and tickets.
Addmark also processes personal data that we are legally obliged to process under tax legislation. This includes, among other things, contracts or agreements, invoices, bank statements and correspondence. These data are retained for seven years.
Some personal data are processed by companies engaged by Addmark. This may be necessary to perform the agreement with you or to provide services for Addmark. Such companies are called processors or sub-processors. These sub-processors are located within the European Economic Area.
Addmark concludes a data processing agreement with these processors and sub-processors that meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation so that processing of your personal data takes place lawfully within the EEA. Addmark remains responsible for the processing activities carried out by these companies.
Your personal data will only be shared with third parties not engaged by Addmark as processors if Addmark is legally obliged to transfer personal data to competent authorities. This may include the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration or law enforcement authorities.
Addmark has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure your personal data against loss or unlawful processing. The website has an SSL certificate, which ensures that data are sent in encrypted form via a secure connection. Backups of digital data are made frequently. Addmark employees have access only to personal data that are functionally related to their role. Processing takes place within the EEA.
Data processing agreements are concluded with clients and processors or sub-processors.
Where work is performed, mistakes can be made. Addmark will respond appropriately to any discovered data breach. Depending on the type of data, the potential risks to the data subjects and the number of data subjects involved, Addmark will inform the data subjects. Based on these considerations, Addmark will also determine whether the data breach must be reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
If a data breach occurs involving personal data processed in the context of a product or service agreement, Addmark will contact the client without delay for further handling, in accordance with the provisions of the data processing agreement.
Addmark uses cookies on its website. On your first visit to our website you can accept or decline them. A cookie is a small file that is sent with pages of this website and stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies can be refused or deleted. Addmark cannot then guarantee optimal operation and user experience of the website.
Session cookies or necessary cookies are required to use the basic functions of our website properly. By analysing the browsing behaviour of our visitors, we can tailor our services as effectively as possible. These cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser.

Data that are no longer necessary are deleted in accordance with the periods stated in this statement.
You can withdraw consent you have given at any time. Withdrawal of consent has no consequences for personal data already processed before the time of withdrawal, but it may affect the further performance of any agreement with Addmark.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data. An explanation of these rights follows below. You can make a request regarding these rights via info@addmark.nl.
Addmark will confirm receipt of your request and respond substantively within four weeks. To verify that the request is legitimate, we will always ask you to identify yourself before you can exercise these rights. To do so, Addmark will preferably contact you by telephone and then verify the lawfulness of your request by asking a number of specific questions.
Access
The right of access applies only to your data. If your access request threatens to infringe the privacy of another person, that person’s personal data will be removed or made unreadable. You will then receive a digital copy of your data.
Rectification or supplementation
If you believe your data are incorrect or incomplete, you can request that they be corrected or supplemented.
Erasure
You can request the deletion of your personal data. For example, if you believe they are being kept longer than necessary. If there is no legal basis to retain your data, they will be deleted. Deletion may, however, result in any agreement with Addmark no longer being properly performed.
Restriction or termination of processing
You can request that the processing of your personal data be restricted or terminated. This may be necessary in the event of legal proceedings or if you believe your data are being processed unlawfully by Addmark.
No profiling
Addmark does not use your data for automated profiling.
Complaints
If you wish to lodge a complaint about Addmark’s processing of your personal data, you can do so by sending an email describing your complaint to info@addmark.nl.
Addmark will endeavour to handle your complaint as effectively as possible. You can also submit your complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. For more information on how to proceed, please consult the authority’s website.
If, despite the care with which Addmark processes personal data, you discover that this is not being done correctly, Addmark requests that you report this immediately via info@addmark.nl.
Unless there is an intentional attempt to hack or other criminal behaviour, Addmark will indemnify you against legal consequences.
