The HubSpot Marketplace has plenty of calling integrations, or even calling solutions that connect directly to the platform. Think of Aircall, Dialpad, CallRail and many others. In practice, we often see clients with perfectly good working VoIP setups who simply want to connect their calling environment to HubSpot, plug and play, without a fuss. Running an entire migration to a completely new calling system just for that can be considerable overkill. And yet you still want these calls registered in HubSpot, so you can store all your customer contacts. Fortunately, that is where the rescuer comes in: Red Cactus with its Bubble solution.

Bubble integration

Red Cactus develops telecom-related software for almost every telephony platform. If the integration does not exist yet, it is definitely on the backlog. The software 'Bubble' is available worldwide through various (partner) channels and offers several integration solutions, such as CRM integration, Power BI integration, Teams Status integration and contact synchronisation.

With Bubble, you no longer have to think about platform-specific features. As mentioned, almost any telephony platform can be connected. This makes managing your telephony far more efficient, and every touchpoint is logged within your CRM.

 

Pop-up and go!

On an incoming and/or outgoing call, a pop-up with relevant customer information appears directly on your desktop screen. You can then open the customer record immediately or carry out another action. This can be fully configured to suit your business processes.

After the call, a call log can automatically be written to the customer record, including any call note you made during the conversation.

With this integration, you no longer miss a single telephone interaction and everything is logged on the customer record. This gives you an instant view of the full history and content of the calls you and your colleagues have made, so you can support each other better.

 

Custom properties and Bubble

With custom properties in HubSpot, you can apply further efficiencies and automations on top of this. Think of a property you fill in with 'Follow up', 'No follow up' and 'Call back'. If the property is set to 'Follow up', this can act as a trigger for a workflow. Within that workflow, you can then set up follow-up emails. In short, there is plenty of scope here too.
