OUR SERVICES

A commercial engine, not a pile of one-off projects.

Strategy, CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Websites, AI agents and Training, plus Intelligence for marketing capacity. Nine pillars, one operating model. As a B2B agency in the Netherlands we are a HubSpot Platinum Partner, vendor-agnostic on architecture. Built for B2B organisations of 50 to 500 employees that want to industrialise their growth instead of improvising it.

Three ways to work with us
  • 01
Per pillar A scoped engagement on one of the nine pillars, with a fixed endpoint and a fixed price
  • 02
As standalone expertise A specific service within a pillar, for example CRM architecture or outbound prospecting
  • 03
Under a retainer RevOps as a Service, ongoing work across multiple pillars for a fixed monthly fee
How the pillars fit together

Eight RevOps pillars, four thematic groups.

Not every pillar carries the same weight in an engagement. Foundation sets the direction, Engines do the work, Acceleration adds speed, Wrap holds it together. The grouping below shows how a typical engagement runs through the stack. Intelligence sits alongside it: extra marketing capacity when you lack the people to execute. The Maturity scan helps you decide where the biggest gain is for your organisation.

Foundation

Strategy and CRM

The design beneath your commercial engine. RevOps strategy and CRM architecture. This is where every serious engagement starts, because without a foundation every engine engagement is just repair after the fact.

Engines

Marketing, Sales, Service, Websites

The four engines that do the work. Attract, Engage, Delight and Convert. Deployable on their own, but only under a shared foundation do they produce coherent numbers.

Acceleration

AI Agents and Training

The accelerators. AI agents handle the work that used to sit with juniors, training keeps your team moving with it. Without adoption every system stays an expensive database.

Wrap

RevOps as a Service

All pillars under one retainer. A fixed monthly fee, a team that knows your CRM and your numbers, a backlog that shifts with wherever the biggest gain sits this quarter.

Our pillars

Pick a pillar, or let us help you choose.

Eight RevOps pillars plus Intelligence. Foundation (Strategy and CRM) sets the direction, four Engines (Marketing, Sales, Service, Websites) do the work, Acceleration (AI Agents and Training) adds speed, and Intelligence brings the people when you lack marketing capacity in-house. Want everything under one retainer, that is RevOps as a Service.

Everything under one retainer

Or take the whole RevOps stack together, under one retainer.

No more stacking one-off projects. A fixed team that knows your CRM and your numbers and works across every pillar, continuously. Two weeks of onboarding, then a steady cadence of stand-ups, strategist reviews and QBRs.

  • Fixed monthly price, no surprises
  • Cancellable per quarter
  • A fixed team that runs your engine
  • A backlog that follows the biggest wins
Which pillar fits your question

Not sure where to start?

The six questions we get in almost every first conversation. No sales answer, an honest answer about which pillar and which order make sense for your situation.

Should I start with one pillar, or take on several at once?

Start with the pillar where you feel the most pain today, and at the same time pick a second pillar where the dependency sits. Marketing without CRM architecture stalls in month three, Sales without a clean CRM does too. A first engagement of six to ten weeks almost always runs two pillars in parallel, with Foundation as the base.

What is the difference between Strategy and CRM as a starting point?

Strategy is about what your commercial process should do, CRM is about how HubSpot supports it. In practice they merge in an engagement of three to six weeks, with the same architect (Carel) on both. If you have no CRM question but do have a lifecycle or GTM question, you go to Strategy. If you need a clean data model and lifecycle, you go to CRM.

We just went live on HubSpot. Which pillar now?

Almost always Training, not more implementation. The system is usually set up fine, all that is missing is adoption. Groups of five on your own pipeline, with measurable KPIs. Only once the training is going well and your system still does not work do you look back at CRM architecture.

We want more leads. Marketing, Sales or Websites?

It depends on where things get stuck. If few leads come in, you start with Marketing. If they come in but are not followed up, you start with Sales. If they reach your site but do not convert there, you start with Websites. The Maturity scan looks at all three, so you do not burn budget on the wrong pillar.

When is RevOps as a Service smarter than separate pillars?

As soon as you have three or more pillars running in parallel, or expect ongoing work across Marketing, Sales and Service together. Paying per project then becomes more expensive and slower than a retainer. Under RaaS the coordination overhead disappears and you can realign the backlog each quarter to where the gain sits.

Can AI Agents stand alone, or do they always belong to a pillar?

Both are possible. A Prospecting agent on its own runs in a Sales engagement, a Content agent in Marketing, a Churn agent in Service. We prefer to deploy them with clients whose foundation is already in order, otherwise you automate a shaky process. With a new client we attach agents by default to the pillar where they deliver the most return.

Start with a baseline

Which pillar fits your question, you find out fastest together.

Two low-threshold starting points. The Maturity scan gives you a baseline across all eight pillars in twenty minutes, with a report and a follow-up proposal. A thirty-minute advisory call gives the same result if you would rather spar with a person directly. No sales pitch, just getting clearer on where the biggest gain sits for you.
