The ‘HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation’ is a programme that launched in June 2022. It is an accreditation that validates the skills and strategic experience needed to support clients during the onboarding process. Alongside the product-specific knowledge required, it also covers elements of project and stakeholder management, change management, and professionalism during sales and discovery processes.

HubSpot is a comprehensive platform that can support you as a business owner in various areas, including marketing, sales and service. This can certainly be a bit overwhelming at first. This is exactly why we offer a HubSpot onboarding, to help you get the most out of HubSpot together with us. 

 

What is an onboarding?

With the HubSpot onboarding, we make sure everything is set up properly. This creates a solid foundation that matches the specific wishes and needs of your business. From there, you can easily build further to get the most out of the system, work more efficiently, and grow faster.

Kickoff
Together we get started and look at the objectives, strategy, and planning. This allows us to align expectations with each other, so everything fits together perfectly. Our onboarding takes six weeks on average, during which we stay in continuous contact to keep each other updated.

Setup
With the plan on paper, we first start at the beginning: the general setup. Think of setting up tracking codes, domain configuration, integration with various systems, inviting users, and many more standard settings.

Configuration
Based on your objectives, we set up HubSpot properly, so you can get started right away once the configuration is complete. Think of workflows, emails, or other requirements to achieve your goals.

 

Can I also do an onboarding myself?

Of course, there is plenty of information available on the internet to help you find your way with HubSpot. There is even an entire HubSpot Academy to sharpen your skills and become more proficient in using HubSpot. However, we often see that the system can be quite overwhelming, meaning you do not get the most out of it.
