Now that June has just got underway, it is time again to discuss the latest HubSpot betas from the past month. Curious what these updates have to offer? I am happy to explain!
Updates in this blog:
HubSpot is adding a new 'Automate' tab to the Sequences tool, so HubSpot users can efficiently create and manage automated enrol and unenrol triggers directly from Sequences.
At the moment, HubSpot offers two forms of automatic enrolment:
1. Within an individual sequence on the 'Automation' tab.
2. Within the workflows tool (only available for Sales/Service Hub Enterprise).
Although the workflows action is popular, the 'Automation' tab is hard to find, which means these capabilities get overlooked. HubSpot understands the demand for automated enrolments, especially from Pro customers, and is addressing this challenge by making automated enrolments a core part of Sequences. This is the first step in a larger initiative to improve the embedding of automation capabilities in Sequences.
With the AI assistant in Lists, you describe the contacts you want to interact with and AI creates the right filter set for your list.
Examples of action prompts:
HubSpot is adding visibility into bot interaction. On the email send page, HubSpot now shows open and click rates, including and excluding recognisable bots. The percentages including bots may be comparable to what some customers see in other marketing software that uses no bot filtering at all.
How does it work?
When bot filtering is on, bot activity is excluded from the primary open and click ratio, and the percentage of opens/clicks estimated to be made by humans is shown. HubSpot believes these are more reliable metrics than the metrics you see from email providers that do not filter bots.
With the general record page editor, admins can easily adjust the record in one place, giving them a general view of what their teams get to see.
The card library is the new home for admins to manage all their cards that are displayed in various apps within HubSpot, such as the record, CRM preview sidebar and Helpdesk sidebar.
Admins can now require that an association label is generally mandatory (any label can be applied) or make a specific label mandatory (every contact must have an associated contact with the label "Manager"). This applies to users creating new contact, company, deal, ticket or custom object records via the manual record creation flow.
If a label is marked as mandatory by an admin, reps must fill in all required information and labels before they can save.
HubSpot has new AI-assisted insights for reports: quick, data-backed starting points for your reports, so you spend less time interpreting and more time driving value. So from now on, no more hours spent deciphering data, just AI-assisted insights.
You can now seamlessly import historical DocuSign envelopes into HubSpot, giving you a complete view of all documents linked to your customers. This way you have all the context you need directly in HubSpot. In addition, a new DocuSign envelope editor is available, allowing you to seamlessly create and send DocuSign envelopes without leaving HubSpot. With this new experience, you can modify documents within a template while creating envelopes, use attachments, delete documents and upload directly from your computer. You can also create envelopes from scratch without a template, adjust the sending order of envelopes and include contact, company and deal information from HubSpot in documents.
You can now use HubSpot AI to create reports with just a simple prompt. With AI-assisted reports, you can easily get started creating the perfect report to answer critical business questions.
