Breeze Marketplace

What is it?
The Breeze agents & assistants can now be found and installed via the HubSpot marketplace.
Why does it matter?
This month HubSpot is launching new updates that make the work of marketing and sales teams smarter and simpler. With improved AI, new integrations and extra analytics capabilities, processes run more smoothly and you collaborate more efficiently. As a marketer or sales professional, you can therefore gain a lot of benefit from this.

Campaign analytics tab

What is it?
A brand new Analytics tab for Campaigns is now available, offering a clear and centralised overview of the performance of all your campaigns.
Why does it matter?
Measuring campaign performance often took a lot of time due to switching between different tools and manual reporting. With the new Analytics tab, you now have all the data clearly in one place. Marketing teams can therefore see at a glance which campaigns are performing best.

Linking social media profiles to existing CRM contacts
What is it?
You can now search your CRM contacts from the social inbox to find contacts that match a social profile. Previously, you could only create new contacts from the social inbox.
Why does it matter?
By knowing which lists boost your open rates and deliverability, and which weaken them, you can optimise far more precisely and improve your results. This way you can immediately see whether someone is already in your CRM, which prevents duplicate or incomplete data.

What is it?
It is a new tab in HubSpot where you gather blog ideas and suggestions in one place, so you find inspiration to write more quickly.
Why does it matter?
Writing blogs becomes a lot easier with the new Blog AI Suggestions tab. Here you see topics put forward by your Breeze Agents and you can generate new ideas straight away whenever you get stuck. The first Blog Research Agent is now available, with more to follow. This can be a good and quick start for creating blogs.

Automatically suggested tokens for workflow text fields

What is it?
A new feature where tokens in the input fields are automatically suggested when you fill in certain text fields.
Why does it matter?
With data fields you can fine tune your workflows more precisely, both for your team and towards customers. Because so many fields are available, it can be difficult to find the right one. That is why HubSpot now automatically suggests the most relevant tokens, so you add the correct data with a single click. This saves searching, makes your communication more personalised and helps your team work faster and without errors.

Creating a unified landing page
What is it?
A unified flow for creating landing pages combines the "manual" and "AI-driven" workflows.
Why does it matter?
You had to choose whether to create a landing page with or without AI before making it. This led to too many choices and a disjointed experience. Now you no longer need to choose in advance, and you can still use it along the way to generate text or something else.

Flexible CRM views

What is it?
HubSpot is improving the index page experience so you can work more simply, intuitively and powerfully, focus faster on what matters and make better decisions more easily.
Why does it matter?
The renewed CRM index pages bring your data into central view, so you can focus straight away on what matters. Thanks to new views such as Calendar, Gantt and Report, you visualise information in the way that best fits your workflow. With smart features such as conditional highlights and column insights, you work faster, more clearly and with more confidence.

Manually add campaign contacts

What is it?
You can now manually add contacts to a campaign directly from the contact record, or view the full campaign history of a contact.
Why does it matter?
Not every valuable campaign interaction happens through digital or tracked means, such as forms or emails. With this update you can now also easily record offline or spontaneous moments, such as conversations, paper sign-ups or ad hoc registrations, and add them to campaign reports. This gives you a more complete picture, and your team always has the right context for every contact.

Renaming your export

What is it?
You can now edit the name of your CRM exports.
Why does it matter?
Previously, exports automatically received the name of the page or list, which made them difficult to find. Now you can set your own name, so your exports are immediately recognisable. This can make searching for and finding exports much more efficient and faster.

A smarter campaign goals experience
What is it?
A renewed and more advanced experience for setting, managing and reporting on goals is now available.
Why does it matter?
Campaigns need clear goals, but until now the reporting offered little grip to really see whether you were on track. With the renewed campaign goals, you can now easily set what you want to achieve and see this reflected directly in your reports. For example, you can immediately see whether a campaign is generating enough leads or requests, and adjust course faster where needed.

AI is taking on an ever larger role, from invoicing and reporting to real time support during conversations.
