Alongside the successful implementation of HubSpot within Tradeplace, it was time for a full rebrand. In 2001, the internet opened up new e-commerce opportunities. Leading manufacturers of devices and consumer electronics decided to join forces and build a unique platform. This platform has grown into the central point of e-commerce between manufacturer, retailers and partners.

Tradeplace is a platform that drives digitalisation and aims to make tasks as simple and efficient as possible for everyone involved. The goal is to increase revenue and reduce costs by reducing complexity.

First step

First, it was essential to get a clear picture of the identity and the brand story. Who is the target audience, and what are the core values? From this, the concept We connect commerce was born. It is immediately clear what Tradeplace stands for, as well as the value it offers to manufacturer, retailer and partner.

Full restyle of assets

After the successful presentation of the logo, we got to work on a full restyle of all assets. We thought carefully about a recognisable look that aligns with the Tradeplace brand story. Think of business cards, letterhead, social media, Office templates, video call backgrounds, icons, animations and email signatures. In addition, the old website was fully converted to HubSpot CMS.

HubSpot CMS

The HubSpot CMS connects seamlessly with the CRM. This puts personalisation options on the website within easy reach, and the website is also optimised for mobile. Because Tradeplace operates internationally, the website is available in many languages. Managing the multi-language website has been made extremely easy within HubSpot. For each page, the system gives you various SEO suggestions to make your website easier to find. In short, a website that is ready for the future.

Brandbook

Given the number of users and partners of Tradeplace, it was important that the style be applied consistently. That is the reason for creating an extensive brandbook, which will serve as a guide for all assets. Every important aspect is covered, so that Tradeplace always remains recognisable without any inconsistency creeping in.
