Data from the Dealer Management System, Incadea, flows via the Customer Data Platform to HubSpot, where this information is actively used for campaigns, segmentation, and reporting. Workflows provide account managers with automatic notifications or tasks when an opportunity arises. These workflows are also used to send automatic customer-focused emails based on data, ensuring that the right email ends up in the right place at the right time.
