This read-only scan does, yes: you grant OAuth read access to your HubSpot portal and we measure your actual data. Working on Salesforce, Ternair, Real Works or a combination? Then we run the RevOps diagnosis manually instead of this self-serve scan, just schedule a call for that. On HubSpot our Portal Audit is also worth a look.
You authorise a read-only connected app via OAuth. We read aggregate figures and a few sample records to substantiate your score, not an export of your entire database. Creating, modifying, deleting or emailing is technically impossible: the app requests read permissions only (contacts, companies, deals, schemas). We store your score and the measured figures for your report, no contact lists, and we do not retain the access token after the scan. You can always revoke access yourself in HubSpot, under Settings and Connected Apps.
Not a problem. A low score means a lot of untapped potential, not that the organisation is "poor". We are happy to help with that (or not, that is your choice). The top 3 actions in the report are always actionable without Addmark.
If you leave your email address you will receive five short emails spread over three weeks: your report, a deeper dive into your weakest area, and a few follow-up tips. After that it stops automatically. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.
