Data & CRM foundation
One source of truth, ownership, duplicate and polluted records. Weighted heaviest, because everything above it rests on it.
Enter your domain. We first measure what is publicly visible, then you answer twelve short questions. A score across five domains, the full action plan plus A4 report in your inbox. Works with any CRM, no connection needed.
Most companies know something is rattling between marketing, sales and service, but not where exactly. Leads that go quiet, a pipeline nobody dares steer on, reporting that lands differently every month. This scan measures what is publicly visible, asks for the rest, and puts one number and an order of work under it.
No account, no connection, no installation. We read your page source, your public DNS and your sitemap.
About what cannot be seen from outside: ownership, follow-up window, handover, reporting cadence. Whatever we already measured comes prefilled.
A score per domain, each showing how much of it we measured and how much rests on your own answers. Plus a one-page report in your inbox.
Not a full audit, a structured baseline across the five domains that decide whether a lead eventually becomes a customer. Your website itself is deliberately not in it: that is what the Website Scan is for.
One source of truth, ownership, duplicate and polluted records. Weighted heaviest, because everything above it rests on it.
Lead capture, attribution, consent, email deliverability through SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and whether leads who are not ready yet get followed up.
Follow-up window, the friction in your forms, direct calendar booking, pipeline stages written down and a forecast you would actually steer on.
Where service requests arrive, whether they hang off the customer, and whether a knowledge base removes questions before they reach a person.
The marketing-to-sales handover, lifecycle, who owns the system, and how often anyone genuinely looks at the numbers.
No account, no installation. Enter your domain and answer twelve short questions. We measure what is publicly visible and you fill in the rest. Works with any CRM.
We only read public signals: your page source, public DNS and sitemap. No login, no installation, no tracking pixel on your site. Your email address is used to send the report, nothing else.

Five domains: data and CRM foundation, marketing and demand, sales and pipeline, service and retention, and operations and governance. Part of it we measure ourselves from the outside (which CRM runs, your SPF, DKIM and DMARC, your forms, tracking, calendar booking, how fresh your site is). The rest we ask, because it cannot be seen from outside.
No. No login, no script, no connection to your CRM. You only enter your domain. That means the scan works with any CRM, whether you run HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or something else.
It says so explicitly. Each domain shows what percentage rests on our own measurements, and every finding carries the label Measured or Self-reported. A self-reported answer must never look like a measurement, otherwise it is a questionnaire with a score painted on it.
Then it says we did not measure it, and it costs you no points. A chat widget loads through JavaScript, for instance, so we cannot see it. If we cannot judge a domain at all, it gets no score rather than a zero, and we tell you which questions would unlock it.
Yes. If we detect HubSpot on your site, you can connect read-only afterwards for the CRM Scan. That measures the inside: data quality, pipeline, ownership, duplicate records. Read-only, we never write anything into your portal.
Nothing. You get the score on screen and a one-page report by email. We store your scan result temporarily so we can serve that report, and delete it automatically afterwards. No phone call unless you ask for one.
Three minutes, no connection, no obligation. You get a score per domain and an order of work to start on.
