Interim marketer

Interim marketing capacity, onboarded the same week.

Your marketer drops out through departure, leave or illness, or you are in a peak and the campaigns have to keep running. We step in temporarily: your channels and your CRM running, without weeks of onboarding and without knowledge disappearing when the contract ends.

What you keep
  • 01
Nothing stalls Campaigns, content and follow-up keep running from day one
  • 02

  • 03
A clean handover Everything documented, your permanent hire takes over seamlessly
The observation

A marketer who drops out costs more than an empty seat.

When your marketer leaves or is out, it is not only the execution that stalls. The knowledge sits in someone's head, the campaigns run on without oversight, and onboarding an interim takes weeks you do not have.

01

The pipeline stalls

Without oversight, campaigns run dry and the intake dries up.

02

Knowledge disappears

What sat in someone's head is gone on the day they leave.

03

Onboarding takes weeks

An interim still has to learn your stack, brand and running work.

04

A temp builds nothing

Temporary cover without a handover leaves you with the same gap.

How we get there

Taking over without anything grinding to a halt.

We log in quickly to your existing stack and work on your real work, not on a weeks-long onboarding plan.

Frequently asked questions

What clients usually ask.

Honest answers to the questions we hear on almost every interim engagement.

What is an interim marketer, or interim marketing support?

An interim marketer is temporary marketing capacity you hire when your own marketer drops out or when you are in a peak. You do not hire a permanent employee and not an agency at a distance, but someone who is up and running the same week in your stack and takes over the running marketing. When the bridge is over, we hand over cleanly to your permanent hire or new marketer.

How fast can you replace a marketer?

Usually within the same week. The first days are about taking over what is running now, so campaigns and follow-up do not stall. Because we log in quickly to your existing CRM and channels, you do not have to wait out a weeks-long onboarding. The sooner we get a short handover, the smoother the takeover.

What happens to the knowledge when you leave again?

It stays with you. During the bridge we document what is running, which campaigns are live and why certain choices were made. At the end you get a handover document, so your permanent hire or new marketer can continue seamlessly. You are left with a clean transition, not a gap.

Can you also add capacity during a peak?

Yes. Besides covering for absence, we also add capacity during a peak, for example around a launch, a campaign season or a temporary project. Your team keeps control, we deliver the extra hands to keep production at pace without you having to hire someone permanently.

How long does an interim engagement run?

For as long as needed, without a long-running contract. That can be a few weeks until your new marketer starts, or several months during leave or a peak. We agree a period and involvement up front and adjust it as the situation changes. You are not tied to anything unnecessarily.

What does an interim marketer cost?

Interim marketers in the Netherlands typically charge an hourly rate between 60 and 150 euro, depending on level and specialism. We work bespoke: how many days per week and how long you need capacity. Often cheaper than a rushed hire or the risk of a wrong permanent one, because you only pay for the period you actually need it.
