Addmark is an ambitious inbound marketing agency based in Goes, the Netherlands. We are driven by the growth of ourselves and our clients. We are a driven team with great potential to grow fast. Our goal is to grow into an organisation of around 15 people, covering all specialisations in house, such as Strategy, Marketing, HubSpot and (Web) design. We are hands on and do not shy away from taking on challenges. Together with you, we want to work on Addmark’s growth, and if you want, you can grow along with it.
Every day we aim to achieve the best possible result for our clients through inbound marketing. We do this by setting up a clear strategy, content and creation, data and automation, and by optimally setting up marketing software.
Our team consists of young people with different backgrounds. It matters to us that you can develop yourself and enjoy your work. That is why Addmark gives you the chance to gain extra knowledge by taking courses or attending events. We are close as a team and work together in an informal way.

What happens next?
Our application process
1. Apply
This one speaks for itself: without your application, the process obviously cannot start. Your submission is reviewed by Carel and Sander, and you can usually expect a quick reply from us. If your CV and motivation give us a good feeling, we will invite you for an introductory meeting.
2. Introductory meeting
Great! Time to meet. You will come by our office, so you can also get a feel for the atmosphere and the people. That way you can see for yourself whether there is a click from your side too. During the introductory meeting, we will share background information about Addmark and tell you more about the internship you applied for. Of course, we would also like to hear your wishes and needs around your internship, and what that involves. Once your coffee is finished, we have talked things through, and you have a good picture of us, we will let you know whether there is a place for you with us for your work placement or graduation internship.
3. Getting started?!
The final step... Do we start working together, or unfortunately not? Based on the conversation and your motivation, we look at whether there is a click on both sides for you to do your internship at Addmark.
