With an integration you can connect two systems. This way you can link systems you are currently using to HubSpot. In doing so you have all information in one tool and can maintain a better overview.


HubSpot can integrate with various tools such as Teams and Zoom for your meetings. But also marketing tools such as Facebook, Google Ads and many others can be linked so you can see an overview of all your ads in HubSpot. Or link your phone system with HubSpot so that all data from your phone calls is also visible.


If you use a system for which there is no standard integration in HubSpot, you can also opt for a custom integration using an API.

What is marketing automation?

Marketing Automation ensures that marketing activities are automated to guide (future) customers optimally through the customer journey. Automated data driven marketing starts with identifying online customers, drawing them to your website and then encouraging them to make a purchase. Many of the involved processes can be automated. This brings not only efficiency but also targeted marketing.
Automation is carried out with smart tools such as HubSpot, but there are multiple tools to achieve this. Often you can apply marketing automation in combination with data.
