HubSpot connects data, teams and systems at Special Cargo
Special Cargo is a specialist in the safe and responsible transport of high-value and regulated goods. From pharmaceutical products and medical equipment to high-tech equipment and ADR transport, the company manages logistics routes where quality, safety and precision are central. Under the umbrella of Special Cargo Services, Special Cargo College and Isologic, the organisation combines three pillars that reinforce each other. With Special Cargo Services, the company offers advanced logistics solutions, including warehousing and distribution under GDP and ISO standards. Through Special Cargo College, drivers and logistics professionals are trained to the highest quality standards, so that knowledge and expertise within the sector are preserved. And with Isologic, the company supports clients with audits, validations and process improvement, aimed at full regulatory compliance.
One customer view as the starting point for growth
Together with Special Cargo, we kicked off with a Strategy Mapping. We then refined and tested this blueprint of processes with our HubSpot expertise. After that, we focused on the switch from SuperOffice to HubSpot. We began with a thorough inventory of the existing SuperOffice structure. All fields, relationships and workflows were mapped and translated to HubSpot. The data was then cleaned and deduplicated, so that only current and reliable information was migrated. This resulted in a clean, future-proof CRM that was ready for immediate use. An important part of the project was the integration with Exact Globe via APICenter. This integration ensures automatic synchronisation of customer and company information between HubSpot and the finance package. As a result, marketing, sales and administration work with the same information, without manual entry or export files.
From automation to activation
Marketing and sales in one seamless workflow
After the migration, we set up HubSpot with the three Hubs: Marketing, Content and Sales. Within the Sales Hub, we developed bespoke deal pipelines, fully aligned with the commercial structure of Special Cargo. In addition, custom quotes were designed in the house style, among other things, so that quotes can be sent directly and professionally from HubSpot. Smart workflows ensure automatic follow-up of leads, task assignment and reminders, so that no opportunity goes unused. All website forms have also been replaced with HubSpot forms, so new leads are immediately linked to the right pipeline and responsible salesperson. Within the Marketing and Content Hub, structure has been introduced in email marketing and content. This allows marketing to communicate in a more targeted way, and sales can see exactly which contacts are showing interest. Through this close collaboration, both teams have one up-to-date customer view and can jointly steer towards results.

With a strategic approach, we ensure that the onboarding of the HubSpot platform runs smoothly and successfully, focusing on first impact. Within a maximum of 90 days, you and your team can get started with HubSpot to make the first impact with the resources you have available. How do we do that? We explain it in 5 clear steps.

In doing so, we also ensure that we make them as ‘dummy proof’ as possible. This means we more often opt for data fields with dropdown select, multiple checkbox or other fixed options, rather than open text fields.

We ensure the right pipelines, set up smart marketing tools and workflows, and take manual tasks off your hands. We also add dashboards and reports for real-time insight.
