Saysimple had been using Salesforce in combination with Pardot for some time to streamline sales and marketing activities. The service department, however, used a separate system, which caused internal communication to become fragmented. In addition, the integration between the website and Pardot was not optimal, and several other areas for improvement were visible.

For Saysimple, the integration with Stripe was essential, so that financial information became directly visible on the customer record.
