Looking for even better collaboration

Saysimple had been using Salesforce in combination with Pardot for some time to streamline sales and marketing activities. The service department, however, used a separate system, which caused internal communication to become fragmented. In addition, the integration between the website and Pardot was not optimal, and several other areas for improvement were visible.

During the first conversations, we therefore mapped out all wishes and needs in detail. It quickly became clear that HubSpot would be a perfectly suited alternative, a match made in heaven! Marketing, sales and service now work seamlessly together within one integrated system. Thanks to the various integrations, Saysimple can now deploy its processes even more efficiently.

Integration with multiple systems

Purchasing HubSpot is only the beginning, the real work starts after that. HubSpot offers countless standard integrations as well as the option to build custom solutions. For Saysimple, the integration with Stripe was essential, so that financial information became directly visible on the customer record.

We also built integrations with, among others, Bubble (for call integration), Exact (the accounting package) and Slack (for internal communication). These integrations ensure that data is automatically written to the customer record, resulting in a complete 360-degree customer view. Crucial for optimal collaboration and for working together more efficiently and effectively.
