Frequently asked questions

Questions about pricing and terms.

Questions we receive from commercial directors and CFOs considering the move from individual projects to an ongoing retainer.

Why from €4,500 per month and not lower?

Below 4,500 per month we cannot deliver the cadence and team capacity from which the retainer derives its value. At that level you are in project territory and a standalone engagement is often smarter. Our price reflects a dedicated team, weekly stand-up, monthly strategist review, and the continuity that sets the retainer apart from individual assignments.

How many hours are included in each package?

Essentials corresponds to roughly 30 to 40 hours per month spread across the team. Growth sits at 60 to 80 hours and Scale runs to 100+ hours per month. We do not bill by the hour, but this gives an indication of the capacity available on your retainer.

Do I get a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. Carel is your strategist and accountable lead on every retainer. You also get a dedicated consultant (often Kim) who handles weekly contact and coordinates the hands-on delivery. Below that, a team of specialists works on the retainer, varying in composition depending on scope. A real team offering, not a freelancer rotation.

What if I want to scale up or down mid-contract?

Yes, every quarter. During the business review we discuss whether the scope still fits. If you want to scale up because an extra pillar is added, we adjust the retainer from the next quarter. If you want to scale down because a workstream is complete, the same applies. No penalty clauses for adjustments.

How does the fair ramp-up work?

The first month involves substantial onboarding work: Maturity scan, CRM review, MT interviews, roadmap setting. We include this in the regular monthly fee, no separate setup fee on top. At the wind-down the reverse applies: in the final month we invest in handover to your successor or your in-house team.

Are there additional costs on top of the monthly fee?

Software licences (HubSpot, Apollo, third-party tools) run in your name, not via Addmark. For specific engagements such as a migration or a new website, a separate project can run alongside the retainer. We discuss this in advance. No surprise invoices.

Does the pricing apply to non-HubSpot CRMs as well?

Our preference is HubSpot because we are a Diamond Partner and have the deepest expertise there. For RaaS on Salesforce, Pipedrive or Attio the same price range applies, but we assess per situation whether we are the right partner. Sometimes a specialist fits better, in which case we refer you on.

Pricing clear, scope clear, no noise

Which retainer fits your situation?

Book a no-obligation 30-minute call. We look together at which starting point fits your commercial MT, your current stack, and your objectives for the coming quarter. Not a sales call, just a conversation about scope and pricing.

Not sure yet whether this is right for you? Check who RaaS does and does not work for. Want to run a baseline assessment yourself first? Start with the Maturity scan, and we will use the outcome as a starting point for the retainer.
