How long does a Marketing Hub implementation take? +
Greenfield six to eight weeks, reconfiguring an existing tenant eight to twelve weeks. Migration from Marketo or Pardot typically runs twelve to sixteen weeks because data cleaning and mapping take the most time. We work in sprints, so every two weeks you see progress in a working setup.
Does this not belong under the Marketing pillar? +
No. Marketing with us is about campaigns, content, attribution and demand generation. Hub implementation is about data architecture, configuration and governance. That belongs under CRM, alongside Sales Hub and Service Hub. A marketing plan and a Marketing Hub are two separate engagements that do connect.
Which HubSpot licence level do we need? +
For B2B mid-market, Marketing Hub Professional works in most cases. Enterprise is worthwhile if you need multi-touch attribution, custom event triggers or multiple business units. We do not automatically recommend the highest tier, only what you will actually use.
How does this connect to CRM architecture? +
The CRM architecture is the data model that Marketing Hub runs on. If you do not yet have an architecture, we design it in the first phase of the implementation. If you already have one, we implement on that blueprint without redesigning it.
Do you also run the campaigns afterwards? +
Yes, optionally. Under a RevOps as a Service retainer we run the first months of campaigns alongside you, while your internal team gets up to speed. After that we step back to an architect role or disengage entirely.
